"I wanted to take a moment to share my experiences at Torrens University campus. The environment has a pleasant energy, which adds a touch of positivity to the learning atmosphere. The campus layout and design have their appealing aspects, making it a comfortable place to study and engage with peers. Kudos to Torrens University for maintaining an environment where positive vibes thrive, providing an ideal place for education and personal growth."
"The Ultimo Campus is very unique and inspiring as a student! The space feels very creative and allows for students to feel inspired by their surroundings. The layout of the site works well and is also in a prime location for train stations, bus stops and also shopping centres. I have been very fortunate to have some great lecturers in my time of study which are contantly supportive and guiding in my career journey."
"Torrens university has taught me so much over the last couple of years studying fashion. My teachers are so knowledgeable and supportive of me and are always happy to help. It has been so much fun studying at Torrens university and I can’t wait to see what my last year of study will bring."
"Avoid this University, they should honestly be reported. My partner is currently studying at the university, and our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The lack of understanding and support we have received during a difficult time in our lives is truly disheartening. First and foremost, we encountered a significant life event during my partner's studies—a completely unexpected pregnancy. As any responsible individuals would, we promptly informed Torrens University about the situation and sought their assistance in arranging a leave of absence. Unfortunately, this seemingly simple task turned into a frustrating ordeal due to the university's abysmal customer service. Despite providing all the necessary medical certificates and required documents, we faced numerous obstacles in attempting to secure a leave of absence. It appeared as if the staff were completely unprepared to handle such situations and lacked the empathy and understanding that one would expect from an educational institution. Our repeated attempts to communicate our circumstances and seek assistance were met with indifference and a lack of willingness to help. Moreover, to add insult to injury, we recently discovered that Torrens University intends to report us for non-payment. This issue arose due to the university's own mistake in delaying my partner's enrolment and the unforeseen circumstances that were openly discussed with her success coach. Instead of rectifying their own errors and showing any semblance of compassion, they have chosen to punish us and not solving their own errors or to come up with a suited solution. The sheer incompetence and lack of accountability displayed by Torrens University throughout this entire ordeal have left us feeling frustrated, helpless, and deeply disappointed. We placed our trust in this institution to provide a quality education and support system, but instead, we have been subjected a complete disregard for our well-being. It is my sincere hope that Torrens University takes this complaint seriously and addresses the glaring issues in their customer service department. Students and their families deserve better treatment and support, especially during challenging circumstances. I urge you to choose a different University as Torrens University seems to only be caring about their profits rather than their student's wellbeing and offering a course that is within the Australian Education standards."
"Think twice before you join this university. First of all, lecturers are so nice. Worst part is student service. You can see all the reviews here about their student service. I would like to highlight why they don't improve this. It is the management team. The school management team is not professional at all and that is why they don't care of all the complains about student service. They use all their budget on sale and marketing (not on student service as you have already paid them some). I do believe that this review will be also checked by those unprofessional customer service team because management won't take care of these. But, I write this review for you. If you have no issue or challenge with customer service, it is fine. You can choose this university. After a semester, the result given by lecturer and what appeared in the student portal is so much different. Because of lower score in the portal, we tried to contact student service so many times to check about it. Unfortunately, we were out of country at that time and we could communicate online and oversea calls. We tried both ways but no proper responses from them for months! Only when we were back and went to university in person, they changed it but didn't even say a proper apology for that. Although they admitted their weakness when we discussed in person, they even blamed us like this is our mistakes when they send an email for that case. So, we decided to raise this to internal appeal. What a surprise! Management team took so long for this case and finally came out with an email the same concept with their student affair team. No calls, no interviews, no apology. Just blaming back the student without any proper apology. Then, we see clearly why customer service team is not improving despite they have so many complains. Management team is not really taking care of THIS at all. So, it is your call."
