"One of the front desk lady is extremely rude. I can’t believe what had happened. My mum and I had 3 lockers today. The when we finished swimming and were ready to get changed, found out the lockers were at fault and we had to claim the items from the front desk. I went to the front desk, the lady put up an unhappy face and asked the brand, the colour of the items inside the lockers. I tried my best to describe the items but all she said was no, don’t have it. It’s kind of hard to remember exactly what your items were and how they were placed (in one bag or separately in multiple bags) when you use a locker in a pool. But be aware they can make it extremely difficult for you when you claim your stuff back. If you don’t get the brand of your sneakers right, they don’t give back your sneakers. I was given a tone and an unhappy face through out the whole process which was absolutely unnecessary. Imagine I was all wet coming out of the pool, standing at the front desk, getting the question: what’s the colour of the socks, what do they look like, what else in the locker ..etc without an apologise FOR 10 MINS It wasn’t my fault that the lockers popped out when they shouldn’t. It wasn’t my fault if I don’t remember exactly what personal items were in which locker. I think this lady at the front desk needs to improve, to learn how to be respectful, how to be helpful especially at the front desk of a pool. Overall the facilities but this experience alone is so awful, awful enough to bring down the overall score of the review. Management needs to train your staff at front desk."

The gym is spacious and with variety of equipment here can easily compete with any private facility in the area. The complex is such a wonderful addition to the community of Baulkham hills. There are many things here to checkout. The centre features a 50-metre indoor pool, a 25-metre indoor pool, a leisure pool, and a toddlers' pool, as well as a gym, a sauna, and a steam room. One of the highlights of the Waves Aquatic Centre is the 50-metre indoor pool, which is ideal for lap swimming and competitive swimming. The pool is heated to a comfortable temperature and is equipped with lane ropes and starting blocks. The 25-metre indoor pool is also heated and is perfect for leisure swimming, water aerobics, and swimming lessons. The leisure pool is a great place to relax and have fun with the family. It features a water slide, a lazy river, and a splash pad, making it a popular spot for children. The toddlers' pool is also a great option for young children and is equipped with water toys and a water fountain. "Very busy as it's school holidays. Slight wait to get in. Carpark full so had to find street parking. Be careful as there are a lot of No parking and no stopping signs around. Once in, the place is fantastic! Clean, plenty of helpful staff, great for all ages and abilities. Plenty of places to sit, a few sun loungers, under cover picnic tables and a grass area, also plenty of stadium like seating around the outside pools. You can take your own food and drinks in but the Cafe is fabulous! Not cheap but reasonable for what you get. $20 for 3 bottles of water and a large hot chips. Changing rooms clean and well looked after. I paid $15 for 2 kids swimming and 1 spectator."
