"Buzzing atmosphere and friendly staff. This is a long-standing renowned traditional Italian restaurant and it doesn’t disappoint. We began the meal with the truffle butter bread, fried calamari and garlic salt fries which were delicious and arrived swiftly. For main I had the spinach and ricotta ravioli with basil oil though I didn’t really detect a basil flavour. All the pasta is made in house so I would recommend a pasta dish over the other options (when in Rome!). The raffaella rocher dessert was yummy and we also tried the cheesecake which was unique and very prettily presented. I loved the raspberry sorbet that accompanied it and it paired beautifully with the silky texture of the cheesecake. A 6pm seating is for 2 hours and whilst the restaurant was very busy our table must not have been booked for the 8pm so I appreciated that they did not evict us and we made our own way out closer to 9pm. An enjoyable evening"
