All the educators are awesome and always ready to help the child and the parents in all possible ways. Rebecca the centre manager is very reponsible and always look out for the kids. My daughter has been going there for well over a year now and absolutely loves going there's never been a day of tears or not wanting to go she has so much fun which gives me great assurance whilst I am at work knowing that she is well looked after, loved and cared for. All the educators and staff are lovely and welcoming especially Jenny she has been amazing with my daughter especially as a FTM she always kept me up to date with her day and how she was going, what she was eating and offered advice. The centre is well taken care of, well managed and super clean and hygienic and is always tidy out of all the centres I visited this one was the best. If you are looking for a high quality childcare & preschool where you don't just feel like another number I recommend checking them out you won't be disappointed :)"

"The staff at CoolB are ALL amazing! My child attended from 1 year old until graduation to Kindergarten and I could not fault the school in any way! From day one i have been shown a level of care and compassion that i have never had from any other daycare. The centre is clean and well maintained. Not once have i felt that my child has not enjoyed their day or not felt safe or supported in the care of the wonderful staff at CoolB. From the owners, to school administration and coordination, to each member of staff that I have had the pleasure of interacting with, a sincere thank you to each and every one of you!"

"I wonder why google doesnt allow us to give 0 star for reviews. Totally hopeless management. Rebecca, The director told me 2 weeks before that she had a vacancy for my 3 yr old and asked me to go there for having a look at the centre. I asked her 2,3 times whether they have a vacancy and she confirmed that she has 2 rooms with vacancy and she needs to see which room fits her best. She asked us to come on weekdays. Though I and my husband work full time, I convinced my husband to take off on that day only to take our little one to their place. I even gave cancellation notice to her current childcare . But after emailing the enrollment form next day itself her response was so cold. My husband even found some time to physically drop off the enrollment form later. I rang her office 4,5 times a day. But she never attended my call for 2 days. Afterwards when I called her she told me she will let me know by Wednesday, Friday. But We dint receive any response from her until today. Today she send me a mail saying that they dont have any vacancy. I and my husband strongly feel that she is discriminating her because she is an asian. THIS IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL."
