She didn't check to see if I had other enquiries (such as wanting to buy other items). She was rude throughout the whole interaction. Shame on you UFS this is shocking service and you will not get my business again. If a staff member in any corporate environment spoke to members of public like this they would be fired. Read feedback from others on here and you will see that mine is not an isolated experience. Do yourselves a favour drive the extra 5 minutes to the pharmacy in Darley who has much better reviews - I will from now on.UFS is fortunate that Google forces a 1 star rating as this experience was zero stars from me."
