Her lack of courtesy and disregard for my concerns were shocking, to say the least. I had to interact with her. my issue was met with indifference and an uncooperative approach. To add to my disappointment, the bread I purchased on three occasions was contaminated with stones. This not only poses a risk to customers' dental health but also reflects a severe lapse in quality control. As a loyal customer, I expected better from your establishment, especially in terms of food safety. It is disheartening to have to deal with such unprofessionalism when seeking assistance or resolution.
