As registered immigration lawyers, we specialize in providing comprehensive assistance with the Australian immigration process. With a team of dedicated professionals, we are ready to guide and support you every step of the way.
Australia's approach to immigration and the treatment of foreigners has always been a significant aspect of its national conscience. The migration laws introduced in 1958 by the Hon. A.R. Downer, who himself experienced the hardships of being a prisoner of war, reflect a more humane approach to the treatment of migrants. This Migration Act has been hailed as the "Finest immigration charter that the world has yet seen."
Over the years, each Australian government has implemented its own unique migration policies, resulting in a diverse landscape of drafting styles and policy objectives. As Australia continues to attract migrants from around the world, the Department, tribunals, and courts are constantly interpreting and applying the provisions of Australian immigration law.
With the Department forecasting an increase in yearly immigration to 525,300 by June 2019, the number of visa refusals and cancellations has also risen significantly. This has led to a surge in appeals and judicial review cases before the tribunals and courts. In fact, the Migration Act has become one of the most litigated pieces of legislation in the country.
At Agape Henry Crux, we understand the complexities and challenges of the Australian immigration system. Our team will listen carefully to your unique visa situation, providing you with the best possible advice and information. We will explore all available options and guide you in assessing the best Australian visa pathway for your individual circumstances.

"“I have lived in Australia my whole life but needed assistance with applying for evidence of my Australian citizenship from my long-term residence here, as neither of my parents were Australian citizens. I approached AHC lawyers and they advised me with all the documents I needed to provide to the Department of Home Affairs. Today, I finally received good news that my application for evidence of Australian Citizenship was approved by the Department and I will be receiving my citizenship certificate shortly. Thanks to the entire AHC team for all of their assistance with my matter and I highly recommend them to anyone else who needs migration assistance.”"
"I engaged ahc two years ago, and although my experience wasn't anything extraordinary, I chose not to leave a review at that time because they did manage to get the job done. But something that happened recently has prompted me to share my thoughts openly. In a town full of excellent solicitors and lawyers, what truly sets a lawyer apart is the feeling that they truly care about you. Sadly, it seems that their main focus is on the money they can make, rather than understanding your situation. Sure, having well-qualified lawyers visible is impressive, but the real value comes from finding a lawyer who is always there for you, instead of a receptionists they outsourced from overseas who know nothing about legal terms or basic understanding who WASTE your time and you didn’t actually go anywhere. Drawing from my experience as a paralegal in different countries, one clear red flag for any firm is when they have a high turnover of staff. In my case, in the roughly three months leading up to my visa application, I interacted with three different people before another lawyer the 4th (Kris, who has since moved on as well) took over. But what truly pushed me to make the decision to move on from this firm was Angela's response to a simple request: I just wanted a copy of my file's content. Given the complexity of the situation and the various people involved, it was already hard for me to keep up. All things considered, I've decided not to continue with their services, and I suggest you think carefully about your options too. There are better lawyers out there – ones who truly listen and support you, which unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks but no thanks. :)"
"I am extremely grateful to AHC Lawyers for their exceptional assistance in securing my partner visa, despite the challenging Schedule 3 requirements. Their expertise, dedication, and unwavering support exceeded my expectations. From the start, they understood the complexities of my case and provided meticulous guidance. Their attention to detail, excellent communication, and persuasive arguments resulted in the successful approval of my visa. I highly recommend AHC Lawyers to anyone facing similar immigration challenges. Thank you for allowing me to remain in Australia!"
"My previous lawyer assisted me with lodging a New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship (subclass 461) visa for my daughter. However, after he was no longer able to assist me, I reached out to AHC lawyers to review my application, respond to any updates from the Department and ensure that there were no issues with my application. Benny and the AHC team were highly professional and efficient in their assistance, and I just received news that my daughter’s subclass 461 visa was approved. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with their visa applications or other migration issues. Thank you and keep up the good work."
"I cannot express enough how grateful I am to the Visa team for their diligent and tireless efforts in helping me secure my student visa after two previous refusals. They patiently worked with me every step of the way, guiding me through the complex application process and offering invaluable advice and support. Their attention to detail and dedication to my case were truly impressive, and I felt like I had a team of experts on my side throughout the entire process. I cannot thank the team at AHC Lawyers enough for their outstanding service and commitment to helping me achieve my dreams of studying in Australia. I would highly recommend their services to anyone seeking visa assistance, and I will forever be grateful for their help and support."
