But what truly pushed me to make the decision to move on from this firm was Angela's response to a simple request: I just wanted a copy of my file's content. Given the complexity of the situation and the various people involved, it was already hard for me to keep up. All things considered, I've decided not to continue with their services, and I suggest you think carefully about your options too. There are better lawyers out there – ones who truly listen and support you, which unfortunately doesn't seem to be the case here. Thanks but no thanks. :)"
