"This is my closest supermarket and it’s hit and miss stock wise. Shelves are constantly half empty and untidy. Stock in the wrong place, fruit and veg section often barren. The trolley bay is full of rubbish, the staff aren’t helpful and there’s never a checkout open during week! The management need to lift their game!"
"The customer services was bad. I came to buy item that advertised as in stock on web. There is no stock available and when I asked the staff they said it is in the bottom of the pallets. I thought it was unfortunate for me, but the other people asking different item also got same reply. Good to have staff remember precise layout of your warehouse."
