"Ordered a shopping online this evening. Around $340.00 dollars or more. You'd think for such a big order that woollies would opt for my groceries to come from a bigger store, or at least give the option of choosing which store (availability pending). A bigger store has a lot more stock. I got an email stating they didn't have a few things and refunded me....fair enough. But my groceries were delivered with another bunch of items missing (around 8 items). So I had to sit on the phone and be on hold to wait to listen to a robot saying I would be refunded in a few days. I am not sure if it was the partner driver from yellow that left missing items in his car, or my order was never completely packed or there is some random bag sitting there at woolworths, left behind. This is about the 3rd time this has happened and once I had over 25 items missing A great solution to this would be that the person who packs the bags counts the bags and corresponds that amount of bags via the delivery text message to me. That way as soon as the driver arrives I can count the bags before they leave. Because then it becomes their responsibility also. Communication is key. Sorry for posting a negative review but this has really inconvenienced me. I am now having to go out tomorrow to purchase the missing items. As they included essentials."
