"Went in at around 9:20pm to get canned foods for my cat. This is a quick shopping as I’m aware that it’s near closing time. I wanted to do the check out at the counter but one of the staff decided to turn their back on me and proceeded to be on her phone. I don’t want to use the self check out as I have heaps of canned cat foods and you needed to scan them individually. I understand that it’s near closing time and she might be tired to tend to customers but she can just tell us to go to self check out and not turn your back on us. I don’t know if she’s racist or just lazy."
"The redbulls always run out in the small fridge at the front , not just that all good drinks are always not stocked just suger free drinks at the fridges at the front, NOT every one is buy a truck load of groceries, most likely 70% of your customers just want a small snack. It's a shame that your staff can not refill the fridges when they get empty, I'll educate you guys by say check the fridges at the front every half hour, and you guys won't believe it there will always be drinks, only depends on the lazyiness of the Woolworth staff of the highpoint!"
"Some staff here are very unhelpful and impatient. They only want to spend time chitchating with their colleagues, but when serving customers they show very little interest, even a bit rude. Could be a matter of racism."
