"Absolutely disgusted. GHOSTED!!!!!!!!!! I have never experienced a business so unprofessional and negligent. We are completely and utterly appalled. Sure, our first meeting in the office was great, Mary was very friendly and assuring, appointed as the Centrelink correspondence nominee for both my parents to take care of their steps to retirement and also buying a home. After a follow up phone call with Mary to let her know they had found a home and the application for pension can begin (so they could save money on their stamp duty as senior concession holders) she assured me she would get the ball rolling... and that is where her apparent "service" stopped. Some nominee she turned out to be. We would have had better communication from a Uber driver. Multiple emails completely ignored, phone calls going nowhere with receptionists "passing on an urgent message for her to call you back" AT LEAST 5-10 TIMES! It is now too late for anything to be done, costing my family well over $30,000. After seeing other similar reviews of this business, all I can say is stay away. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!"

"Mary De Angelis at Md Financial Planning has looked after my finances for over 9years. I recommend her without hesitation. If you've found Mary, you've struck gold. Since Mary, life has been simpler, I have not been overwhelmed by finances/tax. I trust her. From the outset Mary has been friendly, unjudgmental and an excellent listener. When we met, I was overwhelmed, Mary attended to my concerns, current and future, with a plan including sound investments which has provided a reliable income base and monies to draw upon since. This began with my Financial POA and caring for my mother, my baby (now a child), buying a home, moving interstate, finances for my child's future education. Mary's extensive financial knowledge has meant I have since been required to do very little to navigate taxation and the financial system. I am no longer overwhelmed, if there is a concern, I call Mary,  resolved !"

"The lead adviser MD provides all promises up front and then ghosts you and never responds to emails, texts, phone numbers. TBH I am starting to this this company is fraudulent. Our issue has been in train for close to 2 years. I see other people have also experienced this. I think this company needs to be investigated by the financial services ombudsman"

"I found my wife very upset recently after finally realising she has been ghosted by the main advisor there. After an initial meeting where all went well, she offered to set up some financial scenarios for her parents who had just gone into aged care. Then after hearing nothing for a couple of weeks my wife tried to touch base & emailed & then calling. The emails were never answered and her staff just make excuses when my wife would call. Now thanks to this delay, her parents Government subsidy respite has finished & we'll be paying big dollars for their accommodation because we haven't worked out the finances & got a plan in place. Also now we have to try find someone else to help with this because this company has wasted our time. So I would say after seeing the grief this has caused us, stay away from this mob."
