"I actually was there one more time to check the integrity of this place as Pk already had bad experience with one of the so called manager and he decided not to shop from there was the right thing to do. I was waiting in a long queue when only one check out counter was open and all others were empty. So I requested one of the staff there to open other counters as well due to my limited ability to stand a wait for the services because I am unwell and can barely stand on my two feet. One lady was sweeping the floor and she walked through the counter and kept the broom there against the counter and yelled at me to serve me. I politely reminded her to atleast sanitize her hands if not bother to wash them before you serve the customers for the vegetables which are mostly loose there waiting to get contaminated whereas at other places they get packed in packages. She refused to even sanitize her hands and refused to provide her name upon only reminding them that it's my legal right to know who served me as I am vulnerable to catch covid due to my sickness already. Her name is Kuljeet to my shock as she was also the manager of this place she insisted. I said to her she could be more than what she was doing because she could be both with only some manners and following the hygienic habits to serve some justice to the customers who are there to eat those vegetables. Why the owner can't have managers doing a better job because if they did they would have hire someone else to do the sweeping job due to the nature of it not especially due to covid but some common sense to have the hygiene in place with some manners and some considerations towards others."
"They overstock and pack isles so I cannot go in parts with a pram and its very annoying to go in here. Service isn't friendly. No smiles no hello no nothing. They are also more expensive than other fruit shops and the halal butter inside unfortunately is very expensive too so I go elsewhere."
"For such a big shop, it's a pity they don't accept payment via phone and watches with NFC. They have all the equipments but will only accept PayPass if you use physical card else do cash payment. Really bad decision on part of the management, poor staff can't do much as they have been given orders. Common guys it's 2020. Gave 2 stars cuz the selection is good. What a shame !!"
