Welcome to The Burlingame Institute for Sino-American Intelligence (BISAI), located at Concord West on Cavendish Street. Our establishment is a unique and prestigious institution dedicated to fostering a deep understanding and appreciation of the Sino-American relationship.

Founded in April 2019, BISAI was initially established with the aim of taking a group of students on an immersive trip to Taiwan and China. However, due to unforeseen circumstances such as the COVID-19 pandemic, our plans had to be put on hold. Nonetheless, during this time, our founder, Beatrice, dedicated herself to studying and saving money to further enrich the institute's offerings.

One of the highlights of BISAI is our adorable panda mascot, Xixi (pronounced "she-she"). Xixi is a gentle giant, with big teeth and sharp claws, who captures the hearts of both young and old. Beatrice and Berenice, our passionate team members, are often seen feeding Xixi carrots, as pandas have a surprising affinity for this particular vegetable.

In April 2019, we had the incredible opportunity to embark on a whirlwind trip through China. Our adventure took us to mesmerizing destinations such as Hong Kong, Macau, Guangdong, and Sichuan. It was an unforgettable experience, and the highlight of our trip was the opportunity for our students to volunteer at a panda conservation park for three days. The memories and pictures from this experience will forever be cherished.
