For consultations, we offer a special rate of $165 for half an hour, starting from half an hour. This applies to consultations in our Carlingford office as well as video consultations conducted through platforms such as Face Time, WhatsApp, WeChat, Zoom, and others.
Additionally, we offer affordable rates for services such as creating Simple Basic Wills, Enduring Powers of Attorney, and Enduring Guardianship documents. Prices start from $220 each. We also provide Mutual Wills from $330, which include one for the husband and one for the wife. For Probate/Letter of Administration applications, our legal fees are charged according to the Legal Profession Uniform Law Application Regulation 2015 – Schedule 3 for uncontested and smooth applications. Furthermore, we offer Financial Agreement review and execution starting from $880.
If you have recently signed a contract to buy a house and are considering changing your mind, it's important to be aware of the cooling off period. In most cases, for residential properties (with some exceptions like public auctions), you have the right to rescind the contract before 5pm on the fifth business day after the contract was made. However, please note that the vendor may forfeit 0.25% of the purchase price of the house.
