"My son has been attending the centre for several years and he is on his last milestone journey at KK, learning and developing, school readiness, in the kinder room. He is thriving so much and gaining further skills, to become more independent, with his educational learning. He has really loved participating in the incursions and excursions. It has been a wonderful journey at kool kidz. August 2023 My son has been going to the centre for 3.5 years. He loves going to Kool Kidz Cranbourne West. He has got to know the staff and has made lots of friends there. I have seen his confidence grow from, the journey he has had at the centre. There are wonderful incursion programs, to help develop fine motor skills, through dancing, music and exercise classes. The chef cooks amazing nutritional food. A great variety to accommodate for different needs. The children learn so many skills through play and learning. The rooms are open plan for learning. The outdoors area is spacious and shaded, a great place to build skills and have fresh air, playing and learning outdoors. A fully enclosed and fenced area, which is safe, that all the children really enjoy. Communication updates are given through the day, on an app, which includes photos of your child's day. My son really enjoys going to Kool Kidz Cranbourne West and is really thriving and developing well."

"I was terrified to send my daughter to child care. I looked at another centre and it made me even more nervous. A friend recommended KK. The day we went and looked at the rooms my daughter didn’t want to leave. We signed up that day. It’s been 5 months now and I couldn’t be happier. It took a while for my daughter to settle in and all the educators and staff were fantastic. Everyday they reassured me I was doing the right thing by bringing her to child care. Now miss independent claps in the car on the way every morning. Wants to walk in and not be carried. Happily says good bye to me and every day I pick her up she’s so happy. Having the KK app is amazing. I can see what she’s eaten, how long she has napped. Nappies ect. The educators post photos everyday. My daughter and I love looking at the photos everyday. Now she’s moving up to the next room and we are both sad we will miss the educators but I feel confident now that my sweet girl will continue to thrive in the next room with friends her age. I can’t thank KK enough for everything they have done for us."

"100% recommend sending your child here! My Mrs and I were hesitant in child care in general, & we dreaded going back to work but kool kids have been absolutely amazing by keeping us at ease knowing our girl is very happy and of course safe. Not only is this facility very safe, but they are also up to date with technology. We are able to log into an app to see what my girl has been doing throughout the day. From the time she was fed to sleep times, including being checked while sleeping. Plus a bonus we get to see daily pictures of what the room did for the day. My daughter has attended since she was 5 months old, now 9 months, and is doing great. She is learning so much, already crawling and sitting up on her own, we know it's all because she is interacting with other kids around her age and has assistance from the educators. All the educators here are so lovely. Always very friendly & attentive. Overall, we know our girl loves it here. Ps. her soon to be cousin will be attending here as well!!"
