"BEWARE - FRAUD - DON'T ENROLL This review is to help students to stay away from this fraud institute. I am a student at ASTAR and I have been going through many difficulties since the time I've enrolled. Firstly, they have enrolled me in Diploma without cert3 (they have no idea where they were enrolling me) and this was brought up recently when i've finished 80% of my tasks & assignments. I have completed my practice hours and no one was able to assess & now they want me to find a center again and repeat the process just to demonstrate them again. They never came to assess me when I insisted. The trainers COMMAND you to find a center and doesn't want to listen to anything else. They are UNMANAGED, UNORGANIZED and with POOR to NO KNOWLEDGE about what they educate at this center. I'm having a hard time to deal with these people as they come up with a LIE every time I email them (speaking to them is a waste of time). I am getting the matter to Fair trading and ASQA soon. This review is solely to help others to stay away from the institute. I would give 0 stars if there was an option !
