Once the contract is signed, it typically takes 2 weeks to onboard a property if you choose our furniture or styling services. If you prefer to prepare the property yourself, the time may vary depending on your availability.
At Likehome, we believe in flexibility. We don't have a minimum contract requirement, allowing you to take back your property for personal use whenever there are no future reservations. Your convenience and satisfaction are our top priorities.

"The Host is very fast at replying to you. I booked this place with my mother Josephine. This airbnb is extremely convenient! Its close to the stadiums, the trains, to stores like woolworths, to an elevator, to the garbage shoot, to so many things! Its very clean and the furnitures are comfortable. The host makes it very easy to get to this place and find everything. Really enjoyed our stay here! Thank you for having us"
"Light & spacious, one room studio apartment with combined kitchen-living room area in the Silkari building near Chatswood Chase. The apartment was clean and well-maintained and exactly as advertised on AirBnB. The apartment had central A/C cooling & heating adjustable via a digital thermostat in the main living area - something which was most appreciated during our stay for a month in mid winter. The nearby Beauchamp park is only a few minutes walk away and well suited for early morning exercise & jogging. Very short 7 minute walk to train station at Chatswood which was excellent for non-car outings. The included parking was easily accessible from a side street and the building is central to the main shopping areas in Chatswood with many restaurant options within a 300m radius. It also has a combined washing machine & dryer in the bathroom essential for multi-week stays. Check-in & check-out via a lock box was very easy and worked well for our late night arrival with clear instructions provided including a video walk-through shared via Google Docs. I would definitely stay there again & recommend to others. Pretty good value given the location and closeness to amenities."
"Lindsay’s apartment was well kept and has the necessary amenities. It was centrally located near to Southern Cross Station and Coles Supermarket and is suitable for families looking for a comfortable place to stay. It is also located within the free tram zone which made it easy for us to travel around. We would highly recommend this place. Lindsay was responsive to any queries and was very kind to accommodate to our needs."
"Please see images of the falsely advertised house on airbnb site!!! My family has had to avoid exposed live electrical wiring, leaking pipes and sewer, taps that do not work... it is dangerous, a health risk and totally unacceptable. Unfortunately we had no choice but to stay for the few weeks as our circumstances did not permit a relocation. Is this house typical of airbnb ? Is this the standard of quality of an airbnb house ? This house is UNSAFE !!! It has exposed wiring It has sewer leaking over a path It has wet and slippery paths Leaking water in the laundry No light in the laundry Doors that DO NOT LOCK Windows that do not close No Oven for cooking No suitable heating for winter Cupboards that are so dirty and not suitable to hang any clothes Taps in the kitchen that DO NOT WORK PROPERLY No door handle on the bathroom door A clothes line is held up by old building material A poorly ( if any) maintained garden Not sufficient smoke detectors throughout the house. Windows covered / boarded up Broken blinds and curtains that do not work. And the Host requested a 5 Star rating.... Really ?? You be the judge... Its disgusting.."
