"I know it is easy to give 5 stars to these guys as they are so friendly and helpful but the real test to a business is how it handles problems. I live 2.5 hours out of Sydney and so decided the to purchase my kayak over the phone and have it couriered out to me. I knew the product, as other people in my kayaking group have the same one. This went well and I was really pleased with all dealings but I realised after a couple of outings the kayak wasn’t behaving the same as the others. I called and Steve asked if I could send an email, which I did. Of course the only way to follow up was to drive to Sydney for the guys to have a look at it. It was a big day but I managed it and after a few tries to find the solution a replacement part was provided at no cost. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Everything from my initial purchase enquiry to the final solution was so friendly and professional. That is why I give them 6 stars!"

"Absolutely AMAZING service. Steve is a kayak guru--> gave us all the information we needed for every step of the decision process from which boats to get to best locations to paddle. He even installed the roof rack for us (needed modification which he did on the spot)!! Never felt like we were being sold something more expensive than we needed. "Very happy with purchase of Point 65N Falcon Modular Kayak (Solo) from C-Kayak. It arrived within a week or so of order and I've just taken it out for a spin at the Canning River Regional Park and it's great. Stacked one on top of the other, the fore and aft sections fit easily in my little Suzuki Swift with back seats down and there's no obstructed vision side or back when driving. Assembly is straightforward once you get the hang of it after a couple of tries and the Falcon rides stably on the water and tracks pretty well too. It won’t win any speed records but it’s great for a relaxing paddle down the river. This purchase was well worth the (fairly pricey) cost of courier from NSW to WA, and C-Kayak’s discount price on the Falcon helped with that a lot."
