If a specific product is not available staff will get it and give during next visit. Staff is welcoming and helpful. I can truly recommend this store."
"Such a worst experience.. These people doesn't have basic knowledge of what to store where. First time from spice mart Caroline springs, I bought Haldiram's sweet box for DIWALI. All fungus and moulded inside. It was a big shape out for us infront of our friends. When they opened our sweet box. Obviously That came from India for sure. But these people rather than keeping it in a fridge but they kept it in racks. I actually asked them as they have any in fridge. But they said they always keep it out.I was in hurry and I didnt realised it too. But I was so embarrassed when my friends kid opened it infront of all others and said its rotten sweet box. NEVER EVER DO THIS TO ANYONE SPICEMART. MONEY MAY COME AND GO. BUT ONCE U LOST REPUTATION IT WOULD NOT COME BACK. AND WE PAID FOR OUR INSULT THROUGH BUYING THINGS FROM YOUR SHOP. SUCH A SHAMEFUL..."
