Christine is a truly inspiring teacher, with a vast set of skills, and an incredible depth of knowledge which she imparts with sensitivity and patience, and a lovely sense of humour. She has created a really nurturing artists space, where we learn so much, and have lots of fun on the creative journey! "I began sculpting with Christine about 12 years ago I think. Christine is that perfect blend of mentor/teacher. Always nurturing and always gently pushing you to more. I still remember when I first started and was so nervous and very quickly, Chris, and her students at the time (many of which are still with her) made me feel so welcome and and included. Fair to say that I count Chris now as a good friend, so in transparency as regards this review I feel I should say that, but as I write, I would say that most of her students would feel the same. I have now rented part of Chris's space in Mona Vale and have opened a store selling both my work and others. Without Chris's inspiration and confidence in my abilities I very much doubt that this would have happened or that I would have the self belief or ability to sell my own work.
