"Staff doing nothing but was told they don't have the capacity and they only work by appointment. Waste of taxpayers money. They need to be sacked."
"Staff was really nice, polite and helpful. We came here without a booked appointment and waiting time was just about 10 minutes."
"I had an appointment 08:45am & was seen promptly at 08:45am by a gentleman called NOEL. Noel who helped me out with my linking challenge with various services was absolutely incredible. He’s such a professional with utmost courtesy. Friendly, warm & so quick to resolve my long plagued issues. Made me feel so comfortable. I will give 10 out of 10 for Noel anytime. I sincerely wish him the very best in life. God bless him. A day before that I was seen by Jacintha a lovely helpful lady. She was so patient with my problems & tried her utmost to resolve it for me. Due to my extra long name & other glitches she couldn’t make any headway. However she was kind enough to book an appointment the very next day to see NOEL. Overall my experience at the Burwood center was so seamless. Thank You. Ravi"
"I got there early and was seen within 5 minutes of arriving. From the security guards who welcomed me at the doors to the 2 people in the office who I saw, I was made welcome. My query was dealt with professionally and altogether it was a good experience."
"Absolutely humiliating place, I dare say that some of the female staff at the front desk lack basic human ethics, they tarnish our Australian values, you don't deserve to serve the people in this multicultural area of Burwood. Waste our taxes Citizens time and money, the front desk lady on duty at 1 PM on 5 September, you not only shamed me but also your Indian supervisor and your colleagues. I come here today wish parents financial guarantees immigration formalities, welfare department an appearance in the Middle East women employees receive me, very bad attitude, our English is not good you have an obligation to patient to guide what should we do, we are all taxpayers, your government department for the public service should be patient, I through the translation to express my dissatisfaction with her little to restrain, Because their negligence I lined up last week to let their staff help me to upload the bank certificate of deposit information to their website, the results of what they had said on the website today all have no, deny directly, I am speechless but let me go to the bank line up again to print deposit certificate, I come back to deal with complaints and then through a translator to find their manager, When the manager came out, I wanted to tell him which employee it was. The manager said, "You don't need to know who it is. You just have to tell me your problem." I was surprised that you didn't want to know who it was. Is that the style of a manager in a government department? How did he get to be a manager? Who was blind enough to make him manager? No wonder the staff treated the citizens who came to work like this. Later, it was just official style that I would tell the staff to be patient with customers in the future... . Who are you talking to when you don't know who made a mistake? Perfunctory! I was very angry"
