"Went into the store today with no clue on what to get my daughter for her birthday. However, a lovely employee by the name of Leah thoughtfully helped me pick out something and my daughter loves her present thanks to her! Definitely would recommend this store. Customer service is great."

"I try to refund a set of unwanted pandora set today and the store said don’t have enough cash to process refund payment. The sales keep suggested me to take the refund money by store gift card. I spend more then one hours and try to find out best solutions. However, it end up with no refund at the end. I spent tens thousands dollars on Pandora since 10years ago. I so disappointing about why so difficult to refund it?"

"Unpleasant visit today. Checked in and waited in the queue for a click and collect order, took me 21 minutes to walk out of the store. The time waiting there made me feel like I was in the wrong place. Staff at cash register served a customer before me and walked away to the backroom, said will be back to me in a second, didn't ask me what I was here for, and literally never got back to me. Understandable maybe was busy at the backroom, but I was forgotten and awkwardly waiting there. Other staffs saw me but only one girl *noticed*me later when I showed my hand, she helped me but I did waited for a long time. Just curious, is multitasking an abandoned a policy in the store? Staffs are assigned one on one to a customer only? It wasn't really anyone's fault, but the overall vibe, the feeling of been invisible, was terrible. No greeting, no timely assistance. Someone could of come to attend me quickly instead of waiting so*patiently* for their customer to finally make a purchase. I felt the customers arrived after me had the same awkward feelings."
