"Went in today at midday and was not happy with the customer service there. The two girls who tended the store gave no attention to us and kept us waiting while they were busy having a chat then did other things in the back room rather than coming over to ask us what would we like to have a look at. Not very nice manners either so we left and went on to buy Stirling silver earrings from Lovisa shops nearby instead. The service at Lovisa were warm and welcoming so they got our shopping $$$. Don’t think will visit Pandora at Bondi Junction again in the near future."
"I would give 0 stars if there is that choice , went in to exchange a promotional bracelet because of sizing and they didn’t really give a damn , was told that there was no exchange and they can’t do anything about it. Told me to go back to world square because that’s where I got it. I told them no where on the receipts it says we can’t exchange the size of the bracelet she’s then went to the back office and took a piece of paper out with the fine prints. So I did go back to world square and what u know , wasn’t a problem at all .. so if the rules were so strict why can other stores do it? Please increase your service standards bondi"
