"I am extremely disappointed with the childcare services provided by this center. My daughter came home with multiple nail scratches all over her body and I was not notified of the incident. When I brought it up with the staff, they were unaware of the situation which is unacceptable. I do not recommend this center to anyone looking for quality childcare."

"Great staff, terrible management. I had aired my grievances with the area manager Kelly, then decided to pull my child out of this place. It was formerly great but went downhill with the number of kids to educator ratio not being done right. I mentioned I had not seen Claudia, the centre director for a while so did not know who else to talk to apart from the educators who are awesome, but not in charge of running the centre. Kelly mentioned that Claudia was on leave for 3 weeks hence I did not see her. Although this does not explain the many other days I did not see her prior to these 3 weeks When I went to pick up my child for her last day, Claudia was there in the office. So she was on leave? But came back just to confront me - which was a very unpleasant and aggressive conversation where she did not acknowledge any of her shortcomings in the mismanagement of the centre. There was a time when my children were excited to attend this centre, and that was when Sarah was in charge. However this changed when Claudia was in charge. So kudos to the great staff but you can only be as good as the person who manages you. I leave this review here in hope that this centre will improve for the betterment of children who are still here."

"Love Love Love!! - The team at YA Bossley Park care for my baby like she's their very own and make her feel confident and special every time she visits. The center is clean and the staff are all just so lovely. As parents we are always hesitant to leave our babies behind but I've seen my child on many occasions run and give them big cuddles/kisses and is always asking me about them on weekends which is a true testament to the love and care they provide. Thank you!!"

"I was so scared about the idea of leaving my child at any nursery before i return to work. However when i first walked in to YA centre i felt so relaxed as i saw how big, clean and healthy the centre is. Weeks later and i can not be any happier, the staff are all so amazing, caring and loving with the children, they treat the children like their own.They always do their very best to help the children settle in the morning and make them feel like at home, always around the children cuddling and giving them love and attention which i saw so many times as i walk in to pick up my child without even notifying them of my pick up time. Staff always communicate with parents and are happy to do what makes mum happy. Not to mention the OWNA app that is great as you can keep track of what your child is up to during the day like sleeping, eating, toilet etc and lastly i love how i have my own code to access the centre at anytime without having to ring the bell this makes me feel sooo comfortable ! Literally the BEST CHILDCARE CENTRE in the area"
