"Very honest and trustworthy . My husband got me a second hand e-trike on Facebookmarketplace, but after getting it home we thought it was broken. I asked the technicians at Macarthur ebikes to have a look, i asked for a wheel realignment . After taking time to look at it and test it, they told me it was a very good bike and didnt need anything, then they showed me how to ride it. I think I was with them over 1/2. They did not charge me. ."
"The best customer service ever. I had been talking over the phone for a few weeks with Christian about a bike rack and he was so patient with me answering all my questions. Never rushed me at all and he said he will have the ezigrip e rack put together for me to check if it’s suitable I went there last Friday and Christian wasn’t there but Dale knew all about it. He was absolutely amazing. He demonstrated how to put in on and made sure I could still open my tail gate with the rack lowered. It’s the best bike rack. Fast service and gave me honest advice on what I should pay for a service even if I didn't come back to him. Helped me load it into the car and gave me all the tips on how to use it and maintain it. "If you look at my reviews i rarely give good ones, but I have never been happier with the service I recieved in my life. I have since forgotten his name but we saw the tall fella and he was nothing but polite. He gave us all the information we requested, and then some. We never felt under any pressure to buy anything which is refreshing as I come from a sales background. This was also the first place we were able to get a feel for what we wanted to buy. Been riding my Bolzzen 500w scooter for well over a month and 100ish kms now without issue. Couldn't be happier with the quality of product or service.
