"We went on a Friday night to celebrate my partner , his mum and his dads birthday and it was beautiful. The service was amazing, our waiter Tim did an excellent job repeating orders, ensuring no one has any allergies, ensured we always had a drink in our hand and paid extreme detail into celebrating the three birthdays. He really put in his effort to ensure that our experience was at the highest standard. Food was divine and so were drinks. Pricing was roughly a bit over $100 per person, mind you we had a few starters and drinks, plus we had a surcharge for having a group of 6. Definitely paying for both quality of food and service."

"Loved the food, especially the lamb belly cracker which just melts in your mouth. Steak was also very good, with simple but very flavourful accompaniments. No regrets in ordering a side of roasted carrots as well, so delicious! Very good service as well."

"We love going to Ruse, it is one of our favourite restaurants out in Parramatta. It feels as if we are in the city, the staff are incredible, we love the service and experience every time. We can't say anything other than how much the staff make the place. We also love the food, particularly their smaller dishes such as the prawn which we can never miss and the lamb, the fish is also one of our faves for the mains. We love being seated in the far back which offers a more quieter and private experience. We have been dining here for years on rotation every few weeks, as we just love the food and service. We can't thank the staff so much, they know who they are, and we love eating there."
