"I have just discovered The Silver Collective jewellery and what a lovely surprise. I have purchased a little collection of stackable rings so I can change the look of my ring whenever I want to. Love that they are waterproof and love that I could get rose gold which is sometimes quite difficult. The help I received from the team when I selected the incorrect size was wonderful and I certainly will purchase more for gifts and for myself."
"After seeing photos of the silver jet earrings which look wonderful (in the photos), I purchased them. As soon as I received them, upon opening the box I was extremely disappointed. They are very small and the cubic zirconia stones only go half way around the hoop!!! Go and check out the photos so you can see how they are misleading you! As I wanted to return them, they said they can't due to hygiene, despite them not being worn. So, if they haven't been worn, how is this a case of "hygiene"? No, they just lure customers in via their misleading photos, then refuse to refund you. Quite a trap. Absolutely pathetic, money hungry company. As stated in my email, I will be contacting Fair Trading due to your misleading practices and advising everyone I know to never use you again. *** DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED BY THEIR PRODUCTS AND HAVE YOUR MONEY STOLEN ***"
