"The name of this jeweller is 'Anazens Jewellery Designs'. Graham Walsh, who once operated from this site, was a reputable jeweller. My experience with Anazens was very similar to those experiences described above. I left two items, one being a watch with a worn winder, with them for a quote. I waited a week or so and then, having not heard from them, rang. And rang. And rang. I left messages. No one replied to my messages. I went to the shop which was closed. I thought they had done a runner. I rang again and eventually someone answered my call. I advised that I did not wish to proceed with any work with them and had to make an appointment to go in and collect my items. The owner was extremely rude to me when I went to pick up my items. I am unable to prove this but my watch still worked when I took it to Anazens; when I took my watch to another jeweller to be repaired, the damage to it was beyond the cost of a replacement watch. I have to question whether this was done as an act of revenge."
"disgusting staff, extremely rude. Will never respond to your calls and never even bother to call back. We left a very fragile and elegant piece of jewellery to these people, specifically the staff member's name was Suzie. we approached her as the shop times stated it was open but she had had the door closed shut. we knocked repeatedly until she finally responded with a "What?!". We politely asked numerous times for her to return our jewellery that we had left her 10 days before, and we had left many voicemails and messages. she would not give us our jewellery back and continuously responded with snide remarks and rude comments. after this dispute we told her we would contact the Department of Fair Trading, she responded with "You do that". and slammed the door. We still have not received our jewellery back after over 2 weeks. Do not trust them, they are obnoxious and rude. 0/5."
"I just left a very sentimental piece of jewellery to this business and waited 10 days no communication I have left 3 messages no response I went past to put a note under door owner was there asked for my bracelet she said no she couldn't give it back! I'm absolutely distraught just want it back she said she would call me even though not taking my details I will wait for another day and go to department of fair trading if I don't hear! Don't trust this business!!!"
