"I seen a piece they had available online that I really liked but I wanted to have in altered, so I emailed them and I had a response within 24 hours. We spent a while talking back and forth about the exact design I wanted, They sourced a specific stone I wanted which they assured me it was no hassle for them. The entire process with Tonimay has been amazing, I couldn't recommend them more. They have made my dream ring. 10/10 for service, and 10/10 for my ring, its literally perfect"
"I would give zero if I could. I Ordered a finery piece as a set at an extra price as I have a bigger size finger (they don't offer over size 9). Received my pieces only for one stone to be slightly loose in the bezel on one ring. Emailed customer service who offer no accountability other than 'oops that shouldn't happen'. Sorry but this kind of response isn't good enough for custom pieces that cost more money than their stock collection. Poor quality stones but they claim they are 'AAA moonstone'. The inconvenience I have to go through to send the ring back has been nothing but a nightmare. No compensation offered other than a replacement for something that shouldn't have occurred in the first place. Also customer service give me incorrect information about what services my post office provide. I don't have a printer to print a return label. Why inconvenience your customers to do the dirty work you should be doing for them? If you order custom beware. The craftsmanship is not there and they seem to have become another jewellery mill just pushing out products quick and fast."

"My mum purchased a necklace for me in store as a present. It’s a silver necklace that I have worn probably 3 times and it went completely black and tarnished. I have tried cleaning it and even took it into a jewelry place to get it cleaned professionally and it didn’t come up at all. $149 for a necklace that is completely ruined."
