"Unfortunately my experiences were not as good as others with Katie. While she was really good at grooming my pups, her people skills were not strong. She had so many rules you had to abide by which mind you i dont remember ever being outlined initially as non negotiables and made it feel like you were going to hilter for grooming. Not very accommodating in the slightest. While both parties should be able to work together, there was none of that. And she was very rude to my elderly father who was trying to assist me with pick up and drop off while I was at work for being 6mins late. That just doesn't sit well with me. Something I believe she could work on and it's such a shame because she was pretty good with the dogs. Just can't get her head out of the clouds. All the best!"
