"Well stocked store. One of my favourite go to big stores."
"Customer service at the service desk needs improvement. I've had many unpleasant experiences with the older female staff when processing a return. There's always some reason that they would deny a refund and I would need to argue my rights. Clothing in original condition with tags on - "It's an online order and it's a sale item" or for faulty products - "it's a consumable so it's nonrefundable"."
"I shop here often. Love they have a pet section, garden area & the party shop too. Clean, staff are helpful. I also love they still have cashiers & not just self serve."
"I come here alot and usually It's great and staff are friendly. Today I went into the party section browsing around for birthday stuff and there were 2 staff dissembling a tower no big deal until one of the young ladies starts swearing which I found inappropriate as I was shopping with my 3 daughters. I finally finished finding the products I needed and went to pay at the counter one of the the workers MARTINA ( the one that was swearing) came to serve me no smile, no hello how are you? NO CUSTOMER SERVICE whatsoever. I let it go she then proceeded to scan my items and dropped a drink bottle I was buying it smashed on the floor she just picked it up no apology or made sure it wasn't broken and just told me the total of my purchase, no eye contact and just threw the balloon packets towards me. I don't know why these people have customer service Jobs. I understand people have bad days but the whole purpose of your role is to serve customers with no attitude. Martina should obviously look for another job if serving customers isn't something she likes to do. I wasn't going to write a review but it's been bugging me how she handled herself."
