"I wish to give negative stars. I don’t think Vivian Cugno has any experience or whatsoever to be even working as a groomer. Absolutely horrendous job. I booked her for full grooming for 2 of my Maltese Shih Tzu’s. First of all she booked me in between 10am to 12pm, then when she sent me the booking confirmation it was booked between 12pm to 2pm. Anyways, since my partner was home all day I thought that’s fine. Then on the day of the booking she call me at 1pm and informed me that she couldn’t make it because her expensive clippers broke and that she can only get it fixed on Monday. I said at least do neat and tidy them as my dogs desperately needed grooming. She did a terrible or more than worst job on them, they look like foxes than dogs now. Better save your money people !"
