"I am surprised at some of the reviews here about poor customer service. I have found this store’s products of higher quality than their competitors and provided I know what I want, have not really had any issues with customer service. In large part because they don’t push products on you and don’t simultaneously serve multiple customers. The few times I have seen people storm out in disgust I will state below and people can make up their own minds: Couple were browsing for some time trying to decide on replacement products for an exchange but after waiting a good deal of time the salesperson had to serve the next customer who was ready to buy whilst they continued to browse. This made the couple irritated even though they were still browsing. Then another time when I was in the store paying, a white lady walked in demanding immediate attention. She was rude and racist to even me (random coloured customer) let alone the staff then stormed out because the salesperson would not stop the sales transaction immediately to serve them. I felt this is very entitled behaviour on both occasions and I really try shopping here only when the store is empty for this reason but I let you decide. For what it is worth I have always been told what can be resized and for how much and they have not been wrong or misleading."

"I have been buying watches and jewellery from this store often. Staffs were very friendly and good. I had purchased a watch for my wife but unfortunately it was big for her and we went to resize it. We were browsing some other watches as well and my wife changed her mind and selected another watch. We had to make an exchange and there was some amount left and the staff said they can’t make a refund so my wife was looking for some ear ring. She asked one of the staff member to show her the ear ring that she liked. Staff ( Shirtey Beswick) was very grumpy and rude. She told my wife I’m serving another customer in an unpleasant manner. The way how she spoke was not good. She shouldn’t be in customer service. Thanks to another staff who served us during her break time and she was very friendly and helpful as well."
