About Vinnies Wyong
Welcome to Vinnies Wyong, located at 47 Howarth Street in Wyong, Australia. As an establishment, point of interest, and store, Vinnies Wyong is part of the St Vincent de Paul Society, an organization that offers over 200 services to help those in need.
At Vinnies Wyong, we believe in supporting constitutional recognition of Australia's First Nations peoples, and we are proud to be part of the St Vincent de Paul Society, which has been dedicated to this cause for many years.
When families struggle to cover the basics due to financial difficulties, Vinnies Wyong is here to provide practical support and ease the pressure. By supporting us, you give Australians facing poverty another choice and a chance for a better future.
The St Vincent de Paul Society in Australia has an extensive network of more than 45,000 members and volunteers who work tirelessly to assist people in need and combat social injustice across the country. This organization operates internationally in 153 countries and boasts over 800,000 members worldwide.
Our institution is guided by a set of values that include loyalty to our mission, vision, and values, as well as a commitment to welcoming and serving all without judgment. We provide services to individuals from all walks of life, regardless of their creed, ethnic or social background, health, gender, or political opinions.
At Vinnies Wyong, we strive to establish relationships based on respect, trust, friendship, and perception. We are dedicated to transforming the causes of poverty and challenging the causes of human injustice. Additionally, we encourage spiritual growth, welcome innovation, and provide hope for the future.
We are proud to be a nominating organization for the Australian Government's School Student Broadband Initiative (SSBI), which allows us to further support the educational needs of disadvantaged students.
If you are motivated and community-minded, we invite you to get involved in our programs, events, and services nationwide. The St Vincent de Paul Society is always looking for individuals who share our vision of a more just and compassionate society.
Here at Vinnies Wyong, we have witnessed life-changing moments. Samantha, for example, has turned her life around with a helping hand from Vinnies, and she and her children now have a bright future ahead of them. J, who was injured at his part-time job after being retrenched from his full-time job, found support and assistance through Vinnies. Similarly, D lost her job just before her 64th birthday and found herself unemployed for the first time in her life. Vinnies provided the support she needed during this challenging time.
As a lay Catholic organization, we are committed to serving our community and working towards a more just and compassionate society. We acknowledge that we are on Aboriginal land and pay our respects to all traditional custodians. Please note that this website may contain images of deceased members of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander community, which are used with the utmost respect and appreciation.

"Good stuff"
"Staff lady was great, I got a nice belt and shirt at a very pleasing price that fit my low budget well Alway happy with Vinnies"
"Good selection but clothing over priced. I would think this means there would be alot set to the tip. Cheaper would mean more sales and more money for those that need help. And less wastage"
