Welcome to Dinky Di Children’s Learning Centre Terrigal Beach! Our centre is located in Terrigal, on Havenview Road, just next to Terrigal Primary School and in close proximity to Terrigal Lagoon and beach. We are a boutique establishment that offers premium early education and care for up to 29 children per day.

At Dinky Di Terrigal Beach, we understand the needs of working families, which is why we provide an extended hours Preschool program. Our dedicated team of Early Education professionals are on site to support your child’s transition to school, ensuring they are well prepared for their first day at Terrigal Primary.

In addition to our specialized preschool program, we are proud to offer Lagoon Learning sessions, a program exclusive to our centre. Our centre caters to children aged 2 to 5 years and is open Monday to Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. We are excited to be a part of your child’s early learning journey and to welcome you into the Dinky Di family!

At Dinky Di Terrigal Beach, we prioritize your child’s independence and life skills development. To support this, we kindly ask parents to pack a lunch box for their child each day, allowing them to practice managing their food independently. We provide morning and afternoon tea, so you only need to pack an item for lunch.

To ensure your child's rest and relaxation needs are met, we request that you provide a bottom sheet and a top sheet in cot size. If desired, you can also include a blanket during the cooler months. If your child has a special comfort item or dummy, please label it and we will store it in individual dummy pots to maintain hygiene.

We encourage sensory exploration and creativity at our centre, which means your child may get a little wet or messy during activities. To prepare for this, please pack a couple of changes of clothes and underwear for your child, just in case.

Throughout the day, we provide cool drinks, morning and afternoon tea, as well as hats and sunscreen for your child's protection.

Our team of dedicated Early Education and Care professionals are the driving force behind our provision of premium early education and care. They are well-versed in child development theory and practices, and stay updated on current trends in the industry. Working together, they ensure exceptional learning programs for the children and families at Terrigal Beach.

Our team at Terrigal consists of an Early Childhood Teacher, Diploma, and Certificate 3 trained Educators, all in line with the requirements of the NSW Children's Services Regulation and Law.
