"What terrible customer service!! The older guy with glasses was arrogant and rude. We travelled from Yarra glen to come to store, it did not say on the internet that we needed an appointment when arriving we are greeted with a A4 piece of paper telling us to ring and book to get one. When asking about what other stores offered Saturdays he brushed us off, told me he had no idea even where Yarra glen was and that this store had only been working with appointments on Saturdays for years! This store needs to update the internet and get some more interested and gracious staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND."

"My friend and I are in absolute disbelief at the shockingly rude "customer service" we received from NATHAN at Flight Centre Eastland. He basically refused to serve us because we booked some parts of our large 3-county holiday ourselves, stating he can only help if we book the entire trip with them especially hotels and flights. We confirmed that we still had to book an international flight, accommodation in one country, all hotel transfers and tours and so he reluctantly agreed. He looked up the international flight we were interested in and quoted us over $200 more per person for the same flight we saw online on Webjet & the airline website directly. When we raised this with him he basically told us if we weren't happy then we could leave. He had his arms crossed and a smirk on his face pretty much telling us to get out. His entire attitude and demeanor towards us was unbelievably rude, condescending and completely unprofessional. A relative of mine worked at Flight Centre up until Covid hit and she advised some centres can but will not help if not booking all hotels and flights with them because they receive "less money". As a business I somewhat understand, however we were still wanting to book an entire country's worth of accommodation and international flight plus more and apparently this still wasn't enough, but what's most disappointing above all else is the completely rude attitude towards us. All I can say is that Flight Centre is nothing but a money-hungry unprofessional business and even scams their clients with pricing. What was meant to be an exciting experience we left feeling so disappointed and deflated. Absolutely never again are we ever walking into a Flight Centre."
