The Mizu Soothe Vessel Basin 550 I purchased from Reece had a 7 year warranty and we called the customer care service when we noticed a hairline crack on it 4 years into using the basin. We registered our claim more than 8 months ago and despite numerous follow up calls and emails, nothing was done. Each time I called I got misleading and conflicting information. In the end, they implied that I was dishonest about the crack and walked back on their initial promise of replacing the basin at no cost to me. They wasted my time, did not honour their promise and to add insult to injury implied that I was dishonest. Avoid this company if you value your time and expect respectful and honest customer service."
