"I am posting this on behalf of my wife. "I went to Hornsby branch on 31/3/2023 to have a clasp repaired on a Pandora chain. Young new assistant very friendly but still in training. Manager would not lift her head from whatever she was doing and said it could not be repaired. I then asked the assistant could she recommend a jeweller to repair the necklace. Again, the manager without looking at me said no, any jeweller would do. Over time I have spent a few thousand dollars at Pandora stores and am not used to such poor service. I will not go to Hornsby again. On the other hand the franchise store in St Ives was most delightful and helpful and solved my issues. So sad that the trainee has such a dreadful mentor. That will perpetuate awful customer service."
"Packaging is very bad. I ordered 6 items online. When I picked up at Pandora Hornsby they gave me 6 items in a clear plastic bag and put it in a cloth bag. Never used this brand, bought them for my cousin. Wonder how confident they are of their product quality. How can jewelry be packaged by putting multiple products in the same plastic bag? If I go to the store to buy the products in person, will I also receive the same stacked products in a plastic bag? Or do you have a distinction between buying online and buying in stores. Or is there a difference between the regions of Pandora. We went through 3 purchases to complete the bracelet my cousin wanted. 2 times before at Pandora Vietnam and Pandora Malaysia. This is the worst packaging I have received from Pandora Australia store."
"Michelle, gotta say top notch customer service, she should be a prime example to all staff regardless of the any company or business. I was in the store not too long ago looking for a necklace and ring, and she had assisted me to pick up these items with a sweet personalised touch of exceptional conversational and decision making skills.
