The price listed was a mistake as apparently they had no further stock and the "new" price from the supplier was higher...just so happens to be the same price as other tool shops. This item is not a stock item, it is ordered directly from the manufacturer who are based in a Suburb of Melbourne. Disgraceful customer service and misleading advertising. Suggested I buy it somewhere else, I think that is the best thing for all potential Audel customers should do."

"Shocking attitude towards customers, and they actually tried to demand extra money after they made the sale! Called me on the phone and said they got the price wrong!?! It was only a few dollars short of recommended retail, so no idea what he was trying on (I'm female). Anyway, this guy with a thick accent started ranting and raving at me lime I was his servant, so I just hung up. The have hopeless stock levels from what I can tell, so you can expect a big wait... and a foll;ow-up phone call for extra money too."
