"We transferred my son from a daycare at Pymble to Northkellyville preschool. I’m more than happy to say that he had the best time as compared to the other day cares he attended in the past. He is going to day cares since he turned 1, the way his personality has come out and all the positive changes I have seen is only since he started northkellyville preschool. The educators are lovely and have always been keen to help and provide feedback for us to work at home. The curriculum is well embedded and the comms are timely sent in order for us to work for any event. Our son was able to make friends quickly and each morning he is so excited to go to the daycare.. I haven’t seen before that before - he has been to daycares at city and upper north shore previously. Keep up the good work guys !! You have done a fabulous job with Harvey.. can’t thank you enough for it. Highly recommended .."

"Extremely happy! Have been going for 6 Months and my daughter is happy, healthy and learning. The educators are amazing, and always happy and smiling even at 7am and after a long long day. We have seen her grow in confidence and ability and are so happy with her care"

"The owner is insensitive and rude. She is not in this for the family side of things, purely for business and she is running her business into the ground. Our son broke his leg over the Christmas break and whilst we had a doctor's certificate and a letter from the occupational therapist saying he could attend while in a cast they refused. We understood this was their place to refuse however when we wanted to meet with them to discuss fees for the period they refused to even meet with us. They later suspended us as we were disputing the payment of that period even though the rest of our accounts were completely up to date. I also received a call from the owner telling us to pay our account and after I told her that we are disputing it with fair Trading because she just flat out refused to have a civil meeting to discuss she started shouting at me on the phone (while I was at work too). Since leaving we have connected with many parents who have also removed their kids from the daycare. We noticed after sending our son to a different daycare that he was actually behind in his school readiness. We also noticed that the day consisted mostly of play and not much else. I must stress that the teachers in the rooms were always really lovely and wonderful to our son. Its the management that was terrible."
