"If you can get through the phone to someone, be okay with not being offered a call back, be okay with feeling rushed and like you're seriously inconveniencing them, have an extra $800+ to throw at a ticket, then yeah, I guess they're okay. For me however, this was a waste of time and extreme lack of customer service. Disappointing considering I was recommended them by a friend."

My journey to undertake HSCT in Russia would never have been so seamless from a travel perspective if it wasn’t for Kon from Grecian Tours. Kon worked tirelessly dealing and networking with many key air flight partners including the Vice President of Qatar in Australia, explaining and fighting for my cause to get me back home safely & quickly post such an intense treatment.
