"We have our 2 yr old RaRa enrolled at this centre and couldn’t be happier!!! She has definitely found her happy place, that’s for sure! I thought it would take a while for her to settle in being a new centre and environment but she was at home from her tour day before she even started!!! In my opinion, you cannot judge staff by their age. The ladies are absolutely delightful, professional and personable. it’s more than a job it’s intrinsic to each of them. I can see the passion, care and commitment from them with all the kids and I know my little girl is in great hands!"

"All the educators and staff are wonderful, empathetic and loving. They are responsive and communicative. With it being a new centre it's an adjustment for everyone and yet they hit the ground running quickly with my child enjoying their time there. The educators are nurturing, engaging and happy. The centre is immaculately clean, well set up and the admin is speedy and responsive. Thank you for taking such amazing care of my child!"

"Have sent both my sons here, entering daycare for the first time! It’s really hard for a mum to let go of their babies and place them in the care of others, however Mini Masterminds Padstow has really helped ensure this process was so seamless and stress free. The educators are so bubbly, energetic and motherly. The facilities are AMAZING! amazing play area, clean, safe ! Both my boys have settled in so seamlessly and both have been coming home happy! "For a service that hasn’t been open for even a month I cannot believe how amazingly my son has settled into his investigators room. The educators are amazing and are handling an extremely difficult situation where everything is new and all the toddlers are learning to adjust. My son has transitioned into the routine and centre. AMY is nothing but understanding and caring. It’s so refreshing to have a MOM running the show who understands how hard it can be to leave your little one with someone else."

"We attended the family day today. Unquestionably, the facilities are very impressive and they offer lots of activities. However, I have a big concern about their management. Looks they are very commercial. They prioritise all enrolled families, but nicely asking others to wait in a long queue regardless how many babies these families have or the mum is pregnant or not. Also, their staff are very young, looks well trained on their roles and responsibilities? I have seen a staff tidies up toys on a table 3 times, but she completely ignore the food waste on this table every time? The waste is finally cleaned up by a management level staff. Clear responsibilities for every staff? Besides, there is no physical fence to separate small and large kids in the playground. Can't imagine mixing all ages kids playing together. All of above, I am asking myself whether we need a 5 day kids cafe or a genius long day care."
