"I understand that oil will be spilt every now and then. But to not even bother cleaning it up and handing it back to the customer in that state? From the oil filler cap all the way down the front of the engine, serpentine belt and all was covered in oil and literally dripping. My driveway is now covered in oil. Even the sump plug was still dripping. Not a very good experience."
