"The groomer was kind and friendly despite the fact that I had been on holiday and my dogs were very matted and long over due for a groom! I was not expecting a beautiful cut as I had had to cut out quite a lot of knots already. However both dogs, particularly my Westie, now have uneven faces that I will need to fix up. As I was charged full price (which was $95 per dog!!!!), this was a bit disappointing. I acknowledge that I was at fault for the high price, however I would have liked their faces to be symmetrical. If you are bringing 2 dogs it is worth noting that there was only one groomer so the wait was 4 hours."
