Reviews of Chatswood Park
"Accessible and convenient location close to train station for a respite from the concrete jungle and busy streets of Chatswood. Minus is of course very limited street parking. Could do well with more varied interesting plants and more non bulky benches and tables in view of the small area. In other words, an improvement In landscaping."
"Nice little park sits conveniently next to Westfield centre. Lots of infrastructures for toddlers, my 1.5-year-old daughter had quite some fun. The only issue to me was when we arrived around 4pm the park was kind of busy and there were older teenagers playing trampoline and other infrastructures beside smaller kids. I'll be a little bit more alert of my kid's safety."
"Large, meticulously maintained park located close to Chatswood station and shops and offers an area of quiet compared to the rest of the suburb. It contains a large oval used for rugby / cricket, a children’s playground, a skate park and traditional benches and grassy areas to sit. If you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Victoria Avenue grab a coffee and head here to chill out."
"Chatswood park is fantastic. There are 2 slides for older and younger kids, swings, 2 trampolines and a big Kookaburra statue. There is a nice skate park in the park to ride a skateboard or bike. It is behind the cricket ground on the corner of orchard Street and Albert Street."
"A lovely little fenced children's park with two slides, three swings, a swinging basket, two trampolines and new webbed climbing equipment. There are various rocky areas to play in, as well as seats and a table for the adults. Next to the children's park is a small grassed area, skate park and cricket oval. The park is very conveniently located near Chatswood train station and the shops. There is plenty of parking at the nearby Westfield and Mandarin Centre parking stations."
