"They did a great job on my van"
"Took my vehicle to Cortiss Exhaust at Ingleside last week to have a hole in a tailpipe rectified. Neil put the car up on the hoist and said the repair would be by way of cutting out a section and welding in a new length of pipe. He verbally quoted $100.00, we shook hands and scheduled the repair for today. When I went to collect my car today, I was presented with a bill for $120.00. Of course I queried this new amount and Neil flatly denied quoting $100.00 at all, and responded to me by saying – and I quote - “ Try getting a $20 discount on your groceries next time you go to Woolies.'' Seems that a handshake is not worth very much with this business. NO I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS The only reason i have given it one star is because Google would not let me post without clicking a star."
