"Late on the review but wanted to see how it all worked out on the long term. Been a fair while ago since they fixed my oil leak on my VW Passat. Time cover leak I believe and maybe a coil has been replaced too. Unfortunately once of my sensors had to be replaced in the process while fixing the other issue. All together it wasn’t per se a cheap operation but the result was perfect as so far no issues with the fixed problems. Happy with the service and quality of the repairs. Been informed all throughout the process. Would recommend and trust this place for serious car problems and bigger jobs."

It ended up being a rather serious issue unfortunately, so I have taken it to bmw to try and get it fixed under australian consumer law as recommended by Gil. Although the situation was unlucky for me, it was a pleasure dealing with Gil. He kept me updated every step of the way as he performed a thorough diagnosis to find the root cause of the issue. While some shops will throw parts at it unnecessarily, Gil makes the effort to accurately diagnose the issue without inflating costs for his customers. He took the time to explain his investigation and reasoning for every job and test that was performed.
