Managed and directed by Sussana Skinner, a highly qualified early childhood teacher with a Bachelor of Education in Early Childhood and a Masters in Educational Leadership, Grow ELC is committed to providing the best learning and care environment for each child. With over two decades of experience as a director and teacher in various centers, Sussana has utilized her expertise to create a nurturing and stimulating environment at Grow ELC.

Sussana's knowledge in leadership and experience in teaching certificate 3 in Children Services in a Registered Training Organisation enables her, along with the support of her qualified, experienced, and passionate Assistant Directors/Nominated Supervisors, to guide, train, and lead a dedicated team of educators. Together, they strive to educate and care for the children of Grow ELC, ensuring their holistic development.
