"Called ahead with what was wrong with the car. Was told the service would be finished same day. Wasn't finished and promised it would be done first thing the next day. .ANOTHER DAY later service still incomplete due to faulty parts received from scrap yard. Overall service which was forecast to take 1 day and 2 at most has taken 4 days to complete. Staff were friendly but for someone who NEEDS the car to work, which was expressed prior, this was totally poor form. Would not recommend."
"My wife and I have been sending out cars to Belrose Service Center for years and Armon and team have always looked after us impeccably. Today, however, they went above and beyond. I dropped my car in around 9.30 am for a service and pink slip. Shortly afterwards I got word that my dad had become very ill. I called Armon asking if we could postpone the service so I could take my car. Instead he put the whole team on my car, having it finished in record time, allowing me to leave for the country before lunchtime in a newly serviced car. Just the most fantastic people you will ever meet. Thank you team bsc."
