Welcome to Play Studio Kids, a unique establishment located in the heart of Bondi Junction, Australia. Situated at 155 Oxford Street, our boutique space is dedicated to providing creative, intellectual, and social experiences for children aged 4 months to 5 years old.

At Play Studio, we pride ourselves on offering a one-of-a-kind experience that combines engaging classes with open-ended free play. Our studio is designed to foster a love for process art, music, science experiments, and sensory play. Through our classes, children have the opportunity to experiment, discover, and learn through the power of play. In a supportive and nurturing environment, we encourage exploration and provide ample free time for play in our beautiful and fun-filled studio.

It's important to note that Play Studio is not a daycare, but rather a community space where both you and your children can come together to play, learn, and have fun. We believe that a child's brain is a remarkable little creature, forming over a million neural connections every second when activated, as beautifully stated in Thrive by Five. Inspired by the Reggio Emilia approach, we view children as central to their own learning journey. Our studio acts as the "third teacher," facilitating uninterrupted exploration, play, and learning. It is a space where your child's own research and invention come to life.

We understand that the health and safety of your family are of utmost importance. With this in mind, our studio is equipped with two HEPA air filters that remove over 99% of airborne viruses. Additionally, our staff is fully Covid-19 vaccinated, and we strictly adhere to all NSW health guidelines. Our sessions are conducted in small groups, and we take all necessary precautions to ensure a safe environment.

Our vibrant and inspiring space offers a range of facilities, including a sandpit, indoor mud kitchen, dedicated infant area, construction zone, and group time zone. We also provide a delightful play kitchen, dress-up area, and a variety of other playtime favorites. We believe in the power of messy play, as it promotes creativity and helps children develop their fine motor skills, an essential precursor to handwriting. At Play Studio, your children will have numerous opportunities to get messy and nourish their creativity without the worry of cleanup.
